Can a resume be four pages?

No, your resume should not be that long.  Most people can fit all relevant information for a role they are applying for on 1 to 3 pages.

We recommend keeping your resume to two pages, three if you have more relevant information you need to include.

For graduates or entry-level candidates, a one-page resume is perfect for most job applications.
